If you have items you no longer use or want, we can also manage delivery and drop-offs to a non-profit organization or consignment store of your choice.

We want your home to look its best when it gets a listing price! We provide organizing, home staging, and/or consulting services prior to your first broker meeting.


We create order in your office so you can hear your thoughts while working away. We can serve your needs however they fit by organizing paperwork, creating a filing system, scanning paperwork, arranging for shredding, etc.

Our work is not done until the common area, supply closets, and your work space is free from unnecessary disruptions.



Enjoy your new home, sans stress. Our team of Dutchies are happy to help unpack and organize your new home. Entire kitchen set-up, which includes refrigerator and pantry, laundry room, bathrooms, closets, furniture, linens on all the beds, and more.

We've got it all covered. Your first night's sleep in your new home will be pure bliss.
